Hot Pocket Service Policies
Inspection & Approval
All gloves are inspected upon arrival. If additional repairs are needed or the glove is unsafe to service, we will notify you before work begins.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days, with rush options available during peak seasons.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing varies by service. Payment is due at time of order, pickup or before return shipping.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages handled by carriers.
Customizations
Once custom work begins, it cannot be refunded.
Unclaimed Gloves
Items left over 90 days after completion may be considered abandoned.
Photos & Marketing
We may photograph gloves for before/after showcasing. Let us know if you prefer to opt out.
